Details on using have now been sent. For resale you now get the cost fot that match refunded, 1/16th of season ticket less £3.00 admin.

Glad they've fixed it finally, but it's certainly not a good UX journey.

I often forward my season tickets to a mate of mine when I can't go. I've had to register him as a member (not sure what he'll make of that) and login to multiple accounts to forward.

Utterly ridiculous. Feels a bit like "why fix what isn't broken?"
