For info - I asked whether the club were considering bringing forward the ladies KO time ref  “the game changer” / getting people from the Stoop via coach to Sixways

Response:

“We are considering all options around this to make sure that supporters have the chance to support both teams playing without having too much of an impact on the players. Any changes will be announced within the next week or so.”

Looks like they are doing all they can to help with the logistics of getting people from the Stoop - Worcester. Fingers crossed they can find a solution to help various fans get to both games!

Can you explain, for those of us of a slightly dim persuasion?

The ladies are due to KO at 3pm at The Stoop on the same day (30 March) the men travel to Sixway for the european Challenge 1/4 Final KO at 8.15pm.

The club are looking at putting on coaches from the Stoop (after the ladies game) to Sixways so fans can watch both games. However, with a 3pm KO for the ladies the logistics of getting from the Stoop to Sixways are tight. With this in mind, the club are looking at all options, including bringing forward the ladies KO time, so as many fans as possible can get from the Stoop to Sixways and back.

*This option is important as the last train back from Worcester is before the 1/4 final finishes.

Given the average attendance at a women's game, how many people will actually attempt to attend both games - regardless of the k.o. time?

Not very many, I suggest.

The club have really pushed the “game changer” so could be 6K plus at The Stoop for the ladies game.
