I think that, if the remaining fixtures cannot be played, the current standings should count as the final standings.
Yes, some teams across all leagues will be disgruntled at missing out on promotion/safety/European qualification/silverware but in an imperfect situation teams should suck it up and accept an imperfect solution. Ultimately, those teams should have been better thus far. And I say that accepting Quins would miss out on the Champions Cup.
