Nobody. The 2 new machines in the Kings Bar were broken 20mins before the match, (with 4 Quins staff stood around guarding them) just when i thought they might be a present a solution to the usual ridiculous queuing situation.

And to my previous post, when I bought my 2nd pint at half time the barman couldn't work out how to deduct the pound for me returning a cup and seemed to be hoping I would just say 'oh don't worry about it'. Absolute shower as usual.

Basically, you choose what you want and go to one of the machines and then walk up to the special queue and just get your drinks. No queues. It is really quick.
One time I had a short delay as there was just a regular punter arguing with the barman who wanted to buy drinks with cash and didn't want to queue with everyone else. But the barman wasn't having any of it. Good for him. Downside is that you end up with a lot of glasses to return at the end of the night

One other advantage of the system is that you get a nice emailed receipt detailing your whole order.

One negative though - one of the machines was out of service. But, there was no queue at the other one
