This whole "DOR needs 2 or 3 seasons to make it his squad - give him time" isn't really acceptable. I know DoRs will want players they have chosen, but a professional club cannot wait 3 years in the hope that we'll get somewhere and then potentially have to start all over again.

In another 2 seasons, Care, Brown and Robshaw will be gone and then some people will be making excuses about another rebuilding phase. Gustard has had a huge clear out so next season the squad will have a lot of players he has chosen, with a full pre-season, so so no excuses
