Gustard has had a huge clear out so next season the squad will have a lot of players he has chosen, with a full pre-season, so so no excuses
Mmmm it may be that he had not much choice with his 'chosen'. His hand's may have been tied by the salary cap not increasing, in that he's needed to lose players and bring in cheaper options but not necessarily better players, so the back ups used when there are injuries aren't as strong next season.
