If Sale did go down it would certainly make for an interesting Steve Diamond interview in which it will be everyone else to blame except himself.

Ah come on Poorfour!
If we'd got a couple more points in a those games the losing bonuses might have been wins and we'd be in 3rd!

Yes but beware the wounded Tiger they can be a nightmare after a performance like this weekend at Welford Road, let’s hope they get it out of their system in the Euro Cup

That's horrific for superbru picks.

My advice for Superbru is just to copy my predictions :-)

"The Yellow Cap is a virtual achievement honouring the best pool performance in each round. Winners see it proudly displayed alongside their names in the pool leaderboard.

never sleep won the Yellow Cap in ComeAllWithin - Gallagher Prem in Round 9."

Can't see Falcons doing one on Glos?
Wuss v Saints is bad news for whoever loses as is Sale vs Briz!

Falcons are combative at home, and Losscester less so away from home.

Not sure what two hidings by Racing will do to the tigers - galvanise or completely undermine them. From an English point of view, I hope Tigers compete well with them and I'd wish them all the best luck - they'll need some!

Oh yes Newcastle are good at home, but Glos have been superb this season! They should have all their new SA beef by then too...

My thoughts exactly... I just made my picks and they could turn out to be genius or foolish...

I can see Sale being in the fight at the bottom of the table. They haven't moved their side of game on and they're not playing very well.

And yet had Wilson missed his conversion on Sunday (or had we got our penalty), Sale would’ve been 6th now.

This league is crazy at the moment but with my Sharky specs on, I think we be fine.

Our part time Saffers are doing well and just as importantly our spirit seems to be better than the likes of Bath. All the reports I’ve seen from the Rec were that we (Sale) were the more likely team to win.

I saw a fair bit of the game and Sale did indeed look more threatening.

I'd agree with that assessment. My abiding thought as I watched that game was the memory of one of our games against Bath at The Stoop a number of years back. It was a freezing cold October day & it ended 6-6. One of the worst games I can remember watching. The only bright side was that I won the Matchday Ball in a text-to-win competition!

That 6-6 game is the benchmark for boring rugby against which all other games will be judged.  Truly awful.
