Anyone help with the permutations?
Assume I’m being blind but can work what happens if we make it.
-
It appears to be decided on which QF you are in and since people have mentioned a trip to Clermont that suggests it's either them or Saints. Apologies for loose logic.
-
It would be the winner of Clermont Saints game
If Clermont win its their place , If Saints win , its at the Stoop because of the seedings
Clermont 1
Wuss 4
Quins 5
Saints 8
Other semi is Sale v La Rochelle or Bris

Great thanks - come on Saints!

Yes. See

I'm torn. I'd like to go to Clermont, but obviously home semi is better

Speaking with GB last night after the game and he said whatever happens it’s away
Just been looking at prices if it’s Clermont, and unless you fancy a 9 hour drive, cheapest way is Eurostar around £250, hotels are circa £80 a night at the moment
COME ON YOU SAINTS !

No it's not! If Saints win today it's a Home Semi for us, so while I'd like to visit Clermont, in this case I's prefer a Home Semi (plus I just realised my passport expired last November, so I doubt I'd get a new one before the Easter weekend if we were playing Clermont!)
-
Yeah it’s home if Saints win. Come on Saints.
-
Ok thanks that’s cleared it up, think the chance of Saints getting the win is very slim, but here’s hoping as a home Semi final would be excellent
-
Well, Clermont have taken it pretty seriously so far and they're 13 points clear of 3rd in the Top 14. If they want it I can't see any of the other teams left having much of a say in it.

Clermont are a quality side. They have internationals and experience in nearly every position, but Saints ran them close in the group stages. Today will be a useful yardstick, but suffice to say we’ll need to play a lot better than we did against Worcester.
