Hmm - for some reason it is being redirected via redirect.viglink.com

Try copying and pasting the address rather than clicking on it.

It's a perrenial problem with links to the Rugby Paper. They've coded their site not to allow re-directs from other sites (in the hope this will lead people to subscribing to their site). Camquin's advice is the only reliable way of getting there on a direct link.

Who would want to be a referee?

Wingeing Aussies, what's new. How do you know your flying with QANTAS?  The whining continues after the engines stop.

And I think Eddie Jones missed the fact that in the tackle where Scott Barrett got sent off, his arm hit Michael Hooper's head. We all know the refs take a dim view of anything to the head these days. A no arms tackle might be a yellow, but a shot to the head... red.

What a lot of nonsense. It was a clear red in the Oz/NZ game because that's the law.

He wasn't falling, he was already low when he took a shoulder charge to the head. Under the law that's a straight red now.

It's a shoulder charge because his arms were behind his body at the moment of contact.

Not sure how trying to make a law to stop people getting brain damage is going to ruin the tournament.

Maybe the All Blacks are stunned to find a law that applies to them?

It struck me that throughout that game they were finally getting pinged for all their old tricks - which would be a lovely development
