Title: Premiership table and roadmap
Post by: poorfour on Sunday 30-Sep-2018, 18:23*
So... the roadmap says we have enough points at this stage to avoid relegation, but not enough for anything more... and yet we’re fourth in the table. Clearly I got my sums wrong.

So what’s going on?

A look at the table so far has a clear top three 6 teams on 2 wins apiece, and four of them on 13 points. The only consistency is inconsistency. There are several teams in transition, and several more struggling to find last season’s form. The positive for Quins is that we’re racking up bonus points, and we could have won alll the games we lost. A quarter of the way through the season, It looks like we don’t need much extra to start earning more wins - we just have to get the attack firing more regularly.

All of which said, I expect next Friday against Sarries to be quite a sobering experience, given how they’ve started the season.

I think we have a chance if Sarries turn up on Friday.
However, Saturday could be a different matter.

Sorry. I knew it was an evening game and my mind just assumed Friday.

No problem. I don't think you'll be the only one making that assumption with such an unusual kick-off day/time combo. It would be a pity if people turn up on the wrong day.
