Has anybody managed to enter the ballot yet?

I can only get so far, then nothing .....

No, there's no drop down box to say how many tickets i'd like.  Just trying on IE to see if it's a chrome issue but I suspect I know the answer.

I've solved the issue - go to tickets and click on events. The drop-downs work then. Don't use the link on its own. Once you select the number then you have to alter for your linked accounts.

Using IE not Chrome worked for me.

I THINK I've entered!!

I now have a payment reference for £0.00 purchase....................

Yup - just got a confirmation of entry into the ballot email.

Entered from the link on the email no problem (using chrome).
It quite happily recognised the friends and family link to my brother's ticket.

And it gave me two tickets!
I was just sat thinking I just had a confirmation email when I noticed the pdf attachment.

But I'm somewhat confused as the email text says :
Please note – This is your Ballot Entry only and does not guarantee you entry into the ground on Match Day.
Further details will be sent to you on Tuesday 1st September informing you if you have been successful.

Tried to phone the club but they are not accepting "inbound calls".

Anyone?

Firefox worked for me after failing with Chrome.

Seems strange to issue invalid tickets then, but maybe it's some glitch of the software for the booking scheme that they can't avoid. Anyway, I emailed customer service and they're usually pretty good at getting answers out, as soon as I hear something I'll let you know if we're winners (I'm assuming not).

OK - had a response from Harlequins (honestly those customer service people are wonderful!).

The issuing of tickets is a glitch that they're aware of, and no you haven't won in the ballot just because you've got them. As I suspected, it's somewhere in the software!

I couldn’t get it to work via the link, but going in directly to ‘events’ did the trick. Good luck everyone!
