And there are some positives, thought Lasike and Lawday where excellent
Also think Goneva looked decent
Gabs tackling has improved
Elia ..straight line outs that connect and good in attack
Chis at fullback much improved

Penalty count again
Sorry but Sinck didn’t seem interested for large parts of game
Ball recycling from the ruck, just takes too long
Scrum, possibly our worst performance this season

And couldn’t get all of what Carley said to our scrum but sounded like “ I’m fed up of talking to you” and Dally says he doesn’t like being talked to and have to work with the ref

All the comments re defence it’s bloody hard to defend against interceptions and great chip kicks

He has always looked stroppy. I wouldn't read much into it beyond frustration that he was getting smashed.

Pretty good summary of day. Gabs best all round performance for a while. Chisholm good game at 15 bar that pass that went 10m forward. Smith played well.

Need to re-watch the game to see if I'm just being bitter because we didn't win but thought Carley was really poor in terms of the offside line.

Also, on our put in, scrum was fine. On tigers, it collapsed every time and they got the pen. Would suggest to me they were deliberately collapsing and conning the ref. Well played by them but annoying we couldn't fix it or point it out to Carley.

I cant say I know enough about the scrum but it looked to me that Tigers were pushing/getting an early nudge on before the ball was played in.  Disappointing but we should have taken the 5 points from that.  Starting to see glimpses of our off loading came coming back which is a plus point.  No matter how bad Tigers are, with the players they have they are never going to just roll over.  We are still slap bang in the mix for top 4 (along with pretty much everyone else).  If a team can get on a run its there to take

But much like we have had a go at Gabs for poor defence but one moment of brilliance, Sinck two passes to Tigers one lead to them scoring and one lead to us probably not scoring so not his best day in quarters

Half time "show" was complete and utter rubbish. Whatever Quins paid for it was a gross waste of money. Even for free it was a waste of money. Were there not supposed to be two girls doing something singing-wise? All we saw on the screens were lots of zig-zag shapes and colours and a few silly prancing men in sparkling costumes.

They weren’t singing. They were DJing in the North East corner.

During a lengthy break in play in the first half,  Sinckler was in fairly animated conversation with the touch judge. He clearly felt that something was being missed or not dealt with fairly.

Carley wasn't great yesterday, he missed a few things and the way Leicester treated the offside line made me go mad! However, we were the superior team and it is a shame that we let them back in so cheaply.

I wonder what line up we will have on Friday at Sale? Hopefully not too different. I think this team can click if they are given the opportunity to.
