Harlequins 6Nations Ballot
« on: Friday 14-Jan-2022, 10:31* »
Does any one know if there will be a Harlequins 6 Nations Ballot this year? In 2020 the ballot opened 5th Dec 2019 and closed 22nd Jan 2020

RFU First XV members that were successful in the ballot in late 2021 have started to receive their tickets in the RFU App....

If it's any help, my own local club only sent out info about the club ballot for tickets this week.  From memory, that's much later than normal.

Thank you for the reply, very helpful.

i just managed to get through to the ticket office and they advised me that the Customer Experience team (who are all home based) are working on this but the member of the ticket office could not provide any information on dates. Suggested I email customerservice@quins.co.uk... which I will do next ;-)

Hold on - had totally forgotten about this - not that I’ve ever got a ticket in 11 years but has it not happened?

3 weeks until the first match it seems pretty unlikely that they are holding an allocation still.

I emailed Customer Services yesterday and am awaiting a reply. Standard initial response of we’ll get back to you within 72 hours . As soon as I receive a reply I will post an update to this thread.
England’s first home game is Saturday 26th against Wales and the only other home fixture is against Ireland on March 12th, so we still have 6 weeks for this to get resolved.
Here’s hoping that the RFU have kept the standard allocation for club members.

I may be the odd one out here but unless I'm hiring a box for a special occasion I have very little interest in being ripped off at HQ these days.

I have. Discovered I have a much better chance as part of the England First XV (the old England Supporters' Club), but yes I've had tickets via the club ballot.

I've applied and been successful a number of times in the past. Anecdotally I'd say I've managed to get tickets through the club between 10 & 20% of the times I've applied. I'm a bit more picky now about which games I'm going for though. I've seen England vs Wales England vs Ireland a few times now, but never a Calcutta Cup game, so this year I'm happy to watch at hope this year, but I'll be putting in for the France, Scotland & Italy games next year.

I sacked off the ERSC as in 4 years of membership I didn't receive any 6N games (I didn't go for the Italy matches) and only ever got Australia in the Autumn internationals so felt that I was rather being taken for a mug
