Thanks for that Adrian, had no idea there was a time allocation to get to the Stoop. Checked my ticket and there it is.
Here's the written info from the email they've just sent out:
Please carefully review this checklist ahead of your visit to The Stoop on Saturday:
1. Print out your ticket on A4 paper – A reminder that all tickets are print at home. You cannot enter using your Membership Card. There is a £5 admin charge if you need to have this printed at the Ticket Office to deter supporters and avoid queues/ social distancing issues.
2. Bring photo ID – You may be asked to show photo ID upon entry. This must match the name on the ticket to enter the stadium.
3. Travel light – Only bags under A4 size will be allowed into the stadium. There is no bag storage at the stadium.
4. Arrive at the right gate, at the right time (map below) – To help avoid queues, your match ticket indicates the right gate to go to, and a window of time to arrive at. Where possible, please try to arrive during this time window to avoid queues and ensure social distancing. Our stewards will work closely with you if running late but please be patient and respect social distancing. At the end of the match, the stewards will manage the departure of supporters carefully to avoid queues again. Please note Gate 5 on the map will be signposted Gate 4 on Saturday – stewards will direct you.
5. Make sure you're sitting in your allocated seats – Your seats have been carefully mapped to allow maximum capacity for this fixture, in line with league and government guidance. Supporters must stay in their allocated seats for the duration of the game.
6. Bring a face covering - All supporters, excluding medical exceptions, will be required to wear a face covering while at The Stoop. Please bring yours with you and wear as entering the stadium until you have departed the stadium perimeter.
