Perhaps the powers that be should change the punishment to games banned rather than weeks. A sub clause could limit it to games you would normally be playing in to stop you using turning out for the reserves as a  get out.

I’d agree with setting a minimum standard of game. Scott Barrett’s ban last season was allowed to include a Mitre 10 round held between the Rugby Championship and the World Cup. Not many other of the test team were due to play that week... 🤔
