Has he been moved on?  Just read a press release stating Nick Evans is Skills and off the ball coach.

For those interested, here's the article that lists him as Skills & Off the Ball Coach:

https://www.quins.co.uk/news/nick-evans-on-harlequins-201819-premiership-fixtures/

The website still lists Osborne as Skills coach, but it may not have been updated as yet...

“As players and coaches, you always want to pit yourself against the best, and though Round 6 is quite an early point in the season, as a squad we’ll certainly be looking to continue the strong record we have against them. As the match is on a Saturday night, it gives us a real opportunity to put on a good show under the lights and in front of our supporters in the stadium and across America.”

Is the game in America or televised in America?

The previous paragraph makes it clear it's at The Stoop:

Quote
Harlequins will host Saracens in Round 6 of the Gallagher Premiership at The Stoop on Saturday 6th October. For Evans, this has always been a highlight of his season both on and off the field. “Saracens at home has become a favourite fixture for everyone involved with the Club over the past few seasons.

According to that interview  / article with Nev, a lot of grounds and a lot of games are special to him
