Who does that happen to in this day and age?
Pride looks like a lot of fun for a lot of people. I've never been, but I'm told it's a great atmosphere. Not sure I see the point of it, personally though.

About 100,000 hate related crimes recorded per year, I think. It was on the decline but has gone up over the last two years.

Of course, that's just recorded instances. Not everyone who gets a slap, for any reason, reports it to the police.

It's a little strange that the Camden arrests don't seem to have resulted in anyone being charged with anything.

Given they are all (mostly?) juveniles, and acting in a group - at a guess there may be issues around the right charges for the right people.
