Self isolating at Saracens

I see Mako flew back via Hong Kong and the RFU has said he has to self isolate for 2 weeks and cannot play for England. So Mako is training with the Saracens team and is due to play for Saracens this weekend. The Saracens doctors have said he is perfectly fine with zero symptoms so I do understand their approach. I wonder why England could not have done the same. I know it is a supposed 2 week incubation period.

I see Sarries are self-isolating at the foot of the table, keeping a clear distance from other teams...

England don't need mako at the moment. Maybe an easy way of Jones leaving him out

So...what happens if you are the opposing team, facing someone who has been instructed to self-isolate? Do Leicester have the right to say they won't play if he is there? (and for the record, if they did I'd say that is a total overreaction, but I could see an argument for it!)

Reminds me of my favourite post in here of all time - when talking about the forward pass rule someone mentioned spherical objects in a vacuum. To which the reply was:
