Sportnetwork Message Boards
« on: »
I've been lurking on the Saracens message board a bit today. It has reminded me of all the good reasons we left Sportnetwork. Urgh! Those horrible adverts to left and right. And the format of the messages - yuch! I admit there were a few advantages to us all being on the same set of boards as other premiership teams, but overall I've been happy we moved.

If you've been looking at the Sarries board, what do you think of it?

You're not wrong oh glorious leader.
The ads and format are horrid, 1/3 of the screen at least taken up with ads is just nasty!

This forum is just far more pleasing on the eye.

This board is generally a lot cleaner and easier to navigate round. I do miss not just clicking on other clubs and seeing what their take on a situation is.  Though I have to admit I have done that over the last couple of days due to Salarygate (I made it up,I do not expect it to catch on).

I particularly like the way you can use this site full-screen, rather than just the middle third of the page - makes it much clearer to use.

Good move. Stick with it :)

What do you use?  Mine appears to work.

I'm hoping I can get a dropdown on the page header that will let you jump to all the other club message boards, not just Sportnetwork, (and maybe twitter and facebook pages. I might ask you all for suggestions for what twitter/FB places you want to go to.)

When I went on their board I thought it looked really badly laid out. Was ours that bad? Must have just got used to it.

I much prefer our new board, and it is much better on mobile too
