Remember, TB isn't a DoR. He leads the coaching team, but I get the sense that the club is using the experience of the second half of last season as a template for moving forwards. Billy M is a little more "cloud level" than he was in overseeing all matters, and Tabai, Jerry, Bomb, NEv & Charlie (with Tabai as the lead) are working as a team rather than a DoR with the coaches & team underneath them.
Honestly, I doubt that there'll be any change to Captain, especially this close to the start of the season. It's only when you make a change that you tend to make an announcement. If Stephan is carrying a niggle or needs a little more time to get back to full fitness after his break (as seems likely given he had no game time in the friendlies), then I expect Dommers to take the role in his place. He did appear to be the de facto deputy in the second half of the season & he and Stephan at the end of the Final did the cup lift together (with MB) and presented each pother with their medals when all the other team members collected their own.
