And I think I am right in saying they have intimated that other clubs have done the same as them.  Well then that raises two questions for me

1) so, according to you (sarries) its not a problem and all above board
2) if you do know of anyone I would expect you, as a PRL shareholder to identify them as they also need punishing.  Cant see it happening

The positive is that Saracens have admitted they have been cheating for at least 3 years. They must know every league title they have won is a lie. Farrell and the other ‘company men’ know they are all part of an on-going cheat. They must know they are going to be called out as salary cheats.
This though is only half the problem. Since they were ‘caught’ they have continued to recruit more international players. This appears to me to be an on going breach of the cap. The cheats have never said they have stopped what they were doing. They have just accepted the fine and points deduction.
They need to explain why they are within the cap. They need to explain that they are not still cheating.

Agreed — but the ever honest and transparent Nigel Wray, who has just confirmed that his wonderful club is not asking for a review for the good of the game, has said: "We can confirm that we are complying strictly with the salary cap regulations in the current season" (according to the Daily Torygraph). So, that settles it then ...

Indeed but as it's taken three years and an investigation by journalists to finally get action on payments made to current players I shouldn't think cheaters will loose too much sleep over this do you?
